Barbara Babcock, who plays Mea 3, had previously played the voice of Trelane's mother in "The Squire of Gothos" and would later play Philana in "Plato's Stepchildren" as well as  voice the roles of the Beta 5 Computer in "Assignment: Earth" as well as Commander Loskene in "The Tholian Web".
