Unbeknownst to the crew of the Enterprise,
Charles Evans is in fact a human with dangerously powerful
psionic powers. He soon creates havoc onboard ship and
terrorises the crew. Kirk must put Charlie back in his place
whilst at the same time, avoid one of his deadly teenage
mood swings.
