	This episode stemmed a sequel in "Once Upon a Planet", an episode of "Star Trek: The Animated Series".
	All the visual effects of the Enterprise are of the standard stock footage, but mirrored, to create the illusion of new angles.
	Barbara Baldavin, who plays Angela, had previously portrayed the character in "Balance of Terror", although, she had a different name in that episode. She would later play Lieutenant Lisa in the final episode, "Turnabout Intruder".
	Bruce Mars, who plays Finnegan, would later play a policeman in "Assignment: Earth".
	If you look closely when the tiger menaces Kirk and Spock, you can see the chain holding it in place for the actors' safety.
	Paul Baxley, the actor underneath the Black Knight's mask, would later portray a number of background roles in later episodes. The most famous of which being Ensign Freeman in "The Trouble With Tribbles" (and summarily "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine's" "Trials and Tribble-ations")
